An integrated Brand Strategist and Designer with close to 20 years of industry experience.
Amit Patel is a graduate of the Manchester Metropolitan University and has worked with a range of start-up enterprises, brands, businesses, corporate leaders and charities.
Since graduating in 2005, Amit worked for the International Media group, Future Publishing in Bath, UK on design and layout of a wide range of high profile consumer magazines including GamesMaster, T3 and Computer Arts Magazine.
Amit later moved to London and worked at the integrated design agency Watermark Media, where he worked on projects which allowed him to develop an extensive technical skill set across branding, advertising, corporate literature, exhibition design, web design, social media.
After progressing to Head Designer, he worked directly with high profile corporate clients and charities such as India Inc., Diageo Johnnie Walker Black Label, MLS Chase, Labour Friends of India, India Today and GEMS Education to name a few.
He later worked for a number of different businesses on a freelance design consultation basis.
Gaining close to 20 years of proven experience, Amit now runs Count Creation, an ideas-led Branding and Design studio based in London.
Count Creation has worked with a number of brands, looking to add value and nurture them in their journey. Clients include The Cake Solution, Kerry Foods, The British Asian Trust, Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) and Shiva Foundation.
Amit leads structured collaborative sessions with clients to understand their brand and what they stand for. What are the goals? How will this need to feed in to the design approach which needs to be taken. Collaborative Discovery helps to answer these questions and lead to an exciting phase of exploration.
